How accurate are the measurements, really?

Cargo Spectre systems are NTEP certified and Measurement Canada certified to within ±0.5 inch on all dimensions, and are sold in Canada as well as the U.S. That certification means the measurements are legal for trade — you can bill from them and defend them in a carrier dispute. Scale precision depends on the make and model of scale you choose, so we confirm the exact weight precision for your chosen scale during your assessment.

Are the dimensioners certified and sold in Canada?

Yes. The dimensioners are NTEP certified as well as Measurement Canada certified, and are sold in Canada as well as the United States — so Canadian operations get the same certified accuracy and legal-for-trade measurements.

Will it work with our WMS or TMS?

Almost certainly, yes. Cargo Spectre integrates via a simple API at no additional cost, and data can also land in cloud storage or a local database. Part of our assessment is mapping exactly how scan data will flow into your current software — no rip-and-replace.
